OUR MEMBERS

From Uganda to the UK, Wetland Life Conservation Initiative brings members from all over the world for this project. Members from the community take their knowledge of their home environment into the field becoming rangers committed to protecting the wetlands. International members draw global attention to our cause, as WLCI gains serious attention worldwide. We pride ourselves in being community based, and for the community with respect to the global impact of our wetlands.

Abel

Hi, my name is Abel. I am a field officer in WLCI. I was born and raised in this region where wetland animals such as grey crowned cranes are under threat because of destruction of wetlands by human beings. I'm therefore very interested and very passionate to see wetland life returning to it's original state with WLCI.
